The Fellowship provides technology and innovation training to mid-level members of civil society and journalists, drawn from across the country.

It follows a two-part model consisting of a five-day rigorous in-person training in the FCT and a 3-month post training period to allow the fellows apply their learnings to a self-designed project.

Currently in its first cohort, the fellows are also engaged in continuous learning through a specially curated learning series and personalised mentorship.

With experience cutting across advocacy, digital storytelling and communications, journalism, research, IT development and artificial intelligence, we currently have 10 fellows.
